DAY 1:KOLKATA

• Departure from Chennai Airport.
• Upon arrival at Kolkata ,You will be met by our orange india tour representative.
• Bus/cab will start froms howrah. Once you reach, check-in to the hotel, and freshen up.
• Welcome to Kolkata is the city of Joy, contrast and culture. Once it was the capital of India and now is the capital of Bengal.A visit to Kolkata may bring visitors to be in touch with combination of a rich 300 years old cultural heritage, vibrant modern life and   cultures of different communities. 
• Rest of the day at leisure or you can be spent around in the city, shopping and exploring the surroundings of historical   monuments.
• Later, return to the hotel for overnight stay in Kolkata.

DAY 2:KOLKATA_NEW JALPUIGURI

• Enjoy the hearty morning breakfast at  Deluxe hotel.
• After breakfast, drive by the old heritage building of BBD Bagh and visit the bank of the River Ganga to understand the significance of the mighty river in our life.
• Also visit the famous Flower market at Howrah, Victoria memorial, Belur Math, Dakshineshwar, Victoria Memorial, Science City & Kali Ghatupto,Saint Paul’s Cathedral and Kalighat temple.you will finish the day’s tour at the Mother Teresa’s House, the headquarter of the Missionaries of Charity.
• Rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city on your own.
• Later check-out from Hotel and proceed to  New Jalpaiguri.

DAY 3:NEW JALPUIGURI _DARJELLING

• After reaching new Jalpaiguri ,  proceed to Darjeeling.
• Proceed to Darjeeling, the road journey onward journey enroute visit Pasupati Market (Nepal Border) and Mirik Lake (Natural lake) surrounded by Mountains and Pine trees. Once you reach  Darjeeling, check-in to the hotel, and freshen up.
• Rest of the day at leisure or you can be spent around in the city, shopping and exploring the surroundings of historical monuments.Take a walk on Mall Road and Chowrasta or visit the Nightingale Park (Shrubbery Park).
• Later, return to the hotel for overnight stay in Darjeeling.

DAY 4:DARJELLING

• Proceed for the early morning tour to Tiger Hills to witness the spectacular sunrise over the Kanchanjunga Mountains(subject to clear weather). On your way back, visit Batasia Loop & Ghoom Monastery.
• After a filling breakfast, Proceed for the city tour of Darjeeling and visit Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Except Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Except Sunday), Japanese Temple, Gangamaiya Park and the Tibetan Handicraft Centre,  Peace Pagoda and ropeway, enroute you will have a spectacular view of the Darjeeling Tea Gardens.
• The evening is free to spend at your leisure or other activities.
• Overnight stay at Deluxe Hotel in Darjeeling.

DAY 5:DARJELLING_SIKKIM(GANGTOK)

• After breakfast check out from the hotel and  Proceed  to Gangtok - the gateway to Sikkim.Overlooking by Himalayan Ranges, Gangtok is a beautiful City. Buddhism is a major religion in this area.
• After a sumptuous lunch, proceed for sightseeing with a half-day city tour.
• This covers Do-Drul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate    of Handicraft and Handloom (Except Sunday), Rumtek Monastery, Ropeway Ride ,Shanti view point and the Flower Show.
• Rest of the evening can be spent around in the city, shopping and exploring the surroundings.
• Overnight stay at  Deluxe Hotel in  Gangtok.

DAY 6:SIKKIM(GANGTOK)

• After breakfast, excursion to Tsangu Lake.
• In case, Tsangu lake is not accessible due to unfavourable climate conditions, we will visit Namachi Village, Namachi , meaning “Sky High”. Nestled among the hills at an elevation of 5,500 ft. it commands a panoramic view of the snow capped mountains and vast stretches of valley. Visit baba Mandir at the height of 13,500 feet.
• Overnight stay at  Deluxe Hotel in Gangtok.

DAY 7:SIKKIM(GANGTOK)

• Enjoy the hearty morning breakfast at  Deluxe hotel.
• The rest of the day is free to explore this vibrant and colourful city.
• Rest of the evening can be spent around in the city, shopping and exploring the surroundings.
• After a lovely day, return to the hotel for an overnight stay. 

DAY 8:DEPARTURE FROM SIKKIM(GANGTOK)

• As per the Darjeeling Package, your final day will begin with a breakfast. Post breakfast you will be transferred to the New Jalpaiguri Railway Station    for    journey back home.
• It’s time to say goodbye to all the new friends you have made. We hope you take back many happy memories of your holiday.
• We would like you to spare a few minutes of your time to write and tell us how you enjoyed your holiday and any suggestions you may have for the future.
