REFUND

If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund to you. However, at its sole discretion, the Company gives the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers / airline / cruise / coach operators, etc. the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final.

It would take at least 45 days to process the refund (if due).
 

It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever.

PAYMENTS

All online payments that happen for any of the products booked via orangeindia888.com site is secure. OCPL  does not store the Credit card details of any customer in their database or in any data backup system or retrieval systems. Once you are ready to transact you are transferred to the bank site. The card details are captured on the credit card site and not ours hence we cannot be held responsible for any misuse of credit card what so ever. Online banking is accepted .
 

ITINERARY

For the comfort and convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes reverse the direction, or slightly amend the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event that a tour participant misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same. 


 

HOTEL

We have mentioned the indicative names of the Hotels for each tour. We reserve the right to change the same due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund. We will not damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.

FOR all packages unless mentioned rates are calculated for the base category rooms at all hotels and any up gradation of rooms attracts the difference in amount. All rooms booked will be for double sharing unless mentioned and any meal plan mentioned in will be for fixed menu which is fixed by specific hotels.

AIRLINE

The airfares the Company has contracted with various airlines are non-refundable. The Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Client or any person travelling with him/her for:

1.Change of flight timings or change of route with or without prior intimation.

2. If in the event that the flight is over booked or cancelled for whatever reason and the client is not allowed/able to board  the flight, the client shall not hold the Company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by the client. All incidental expenses arising out of such situation will be payable by the Client.

3.Though chances are less, however depending upon the group size the company reserves the right to split the group into multiple airlines for any departure.

All the airline ticket bookings / cancellation and travel on such airline ticket will be subject to the terms & conditions as mentioned in our Booking & Cancellation policy mentioned in this document.

Platform for Transaction and Communication

The Website is a platform that Users utilize to meet and interact with one another for their transactions. OCPL is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between the Website’s Users. Henceforward:
OCPL does not have any control or does not determine or advise or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual terms between the Buyers and Sellers.

1. You acknowledge that through this Website, OCPL  merely provides a platform which enables you to have access to various travel services offered by the Sellers. It is agreed that the contract for sale of any of the products or services shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the Seller and the Buyer.                                                   

2.OCPL  (including its directors, officers, employees, agents and their respective successors, heirs and assigns) shall not be or deemed to be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, display of or use of this Website or for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (including any airline, travel agent / tour operator, hotel, facility or similar agency) you shall engage or hire or appoint pursuant to or resulting from, the material available on this website.

3. OCPL shall not be liable for delays or inabilities in performance or non performance in whole or in part of its obligations due to any causes that are not due to its acts or omissions and are beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, fire, strikes, embargo, acts of government, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters end. In such event, the user affected will be promptly given notice as the situation permits.
