Shimla also known as Simla, is the capital and the largest city of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Shimla is also a district which is bounded by Mandi and Kullu in the north, Kinnaur in the east, the state of Uttarakhand in the south-east, and Solan and Sirmaur.
In 1864, Shimla was declared as the summer capital of British India, succeeding Murree, northeast of Rawalpindi.
Afterindependence, the city became the capital of Punjab and was later named the capital of Himachal Pradesh. It is the principal commercial, cultural and educational centre of the state.
Shimla features a subtropical highland climate under the Köppen climate classification.
The climate in Shimla is predominantly cool during winters and moderately warm during summer.
Snowfall in the region, which historically has taken place in the month of December, has lately (over the last fifteen years) been happening in January or early February every year.

DAY 1: CHENNAI TO SHIMLA
- Departure from Chennai Airport.
- Arrival at the CHANDIGRAH Airport.
- Bus/cab will start CHANDIGRAH Airport. and proceed to Shimla.
- Welcome to Shimla, situated in the Himalayan ranges, Shimla is a picturesque hill station in Himachal Pradesh. The road journey along the architectural brilliance and historical magnificence will make you wonder. Once you reach, check-in to the hotel, and freshen up.
- Rest of the day at leisure or you can be spent around in the city, shopping and exploring the surroundings of historical monuments.
- Later, return to the hotel for overnight stay in Shimla.
DAY 2: SIMLA-KULLUMANALI
- Enjoy the hearty morning breakfast at Deluxe hotel.
- After breakfast Proceed to kullu Manali.
- visit city tour. Visiting HADIMBA TEMPLE Built-in with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes the wonderful outing for the day.

DAY 3:KULLU MANALI
- After breakfast check out from the hotel .
- Enjoy the scenic beauty of enchanting Kullu Valley while you drive to Manali. It is situated at the northern end of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, is a hill station situated at a height of 2050 m in the Himalayas and it is a popular tourist spot for Indians in summer and a magical, snow-covered place in winter will boost your adrenaline rush while you enjoy White Water Rafting in the gushing waters of the Beas River(Vyaas in Hindi).

DAY 4:ROHTANG PASS
- Enjoy the hearty morning breakfast at Deluxe hotel.
- After breakfast visit city tour.
- visit to local sight seeing in rohtang pass.
- Hadimba Temple,Hadimba Temple is home to the footprints of the Goddess Hadimba. The temple is a wonderful architectural work and the stone figurines are the evidences of the creative artists which will spellbind you.
- Later, return to the hotel .
- Rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 5: KUFRI
- Morning post breakfast.
- proceed to Kufri & later visit Himachal State Museum, Vice Regal Lodge, Jakoo Hill, Lakkar Bazaar & Walk through the Mall Road.
- Later in the evening, you can enjoy at mall road.

DAY 6: CHANDIGARH-RETURN TO CHENNAI
